He was briefly seen at the Seido vs Teito game in the Fall Tournament by Seto Takuma who wonders if he's going to Seido.

Spring Tournament[]
Kuroki attends Yakushi High and is shown along some of his freshmen batchmates supporting Yakushi High in the third round match against Inashiro Industrial.[1]
After the match that ends with Inashiro's victory, Kuroki with teammates Tomobe Sakito, Hayakawa Taiga, and Taniguchi Shou runs into Inashiro Industrial's freshmen group of Akamatsu, Yoshizawa, Shima, and Mitsuichi. They recognize each other and have a dialogue with them.[2]
