Hakuryū High School

Hakuryu High School (白龍高校 Hakuryū Kōkō) is a school located in Gunma prefecture. It has a strong baseball team, and is well-known as a powerhouse. They have consistently appeared at Koshien and Senbatsu, and are known for their runners' speed and agressive running. The head coach is Sasaki Kotarou (佐々木 小太郎 Sasaki Kotarō) and the assistant coach is Mima Souichirou's father.

They play high mobility baseball that is designed to disrupt their opponents' defense and rhythm. The team's average base reaching time 4.1 seconds. It has been stated that any player whose base reaching time exceeds 4.2 seconds twice is automatically benched.

The team runs health evaluations, from muscle to blood condition, on all club members when they join.
