For those who have been following the Manga, Anime, or both, there have been times when we cheered, cried, broke tables, and felt peace. Out of all the amazing moments that were brought to us, what is your favorite? If you can't pick one, give your top 3.

All that I ask is that you follow this one rule :)

State the chapter from the manga or the episode from the anime before you describe/write the reason why. So the people who haven't read/watched that portion can skip it if they want to. Basically a spoiler warning.

Furuya no Ace?

Only three chapters of Act II have been released, but there is already a lot of discussion going on: Gets the main character too little attention? (again)

Showing Eijun screw up on his first pitch on his opening inning of Arc II while "glorifying" Furuya's success and thus overshadowing Sawamura's screen time is nothing new to Daiya no A fans.

Some Eijun-Fans are frustrated that he doesn't get enough screen time and fear that Terajima will drag Eijun down to the point of being the comic-relief sidekick of Furuya and Miyuki.

What do you think? Overreacting?

Diamond no Ace - Act II: All chapters translated

(as at 5th April 2016)

For those who missed it: Daiya no A - Act II started on 19th August (which isn't exactly spring anymore but we should just be happy that Terajima-sensei is back at it). Chapter I (Beyond the Dream) and II (Limelight) have already been published!

This year's seventh issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine is publishing the final chapter (chapter 412) of the first part of the Diamond no Ace manga on Wednesday. But fear not - a special extra story will appear in the magazine's 10th and 11th issues ;)

Terajima-sensei plans to launch the main manga's second part this spring.

Diamond no Ace got an official guide book! On March 17, 2014 part one of the databook was released together with Volume 40!

Apparently the databook #1 only has the members of the new team on its cover, but it looks like #2 (release date: May 16) will have the cover with the 3rd years, and will also include Kominato Ryousuke’s omake chapter.
